Atelièr Pryimak

This warranty and complaints policy governs the procedure for exercising rights arising from defective performance and the warranty conditions
for timepieces purchased from EVH Ateliér s.r.o., operating the watchmaking atelier Atelièr
Pryimak.

Warranty period

For timepieces containing an antique or historical movement, Atelièr Pryimak provides a warranty of
12 months from the date of receipt.
For timepieces of the Atelièr Pryimak brand fitted with a modern Swiss movement, we provide
an extended warranty of 24 months from the date of receipt.

The warranty covers defects caused by a manufacturing fault or material defect that affects
the functioning of the timepiece.
The warranty covers in particular:

● technical faults affecting the correct running of the timepiece.

What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover in particular:

● normal wear resulting from use
● cosmetic changes (scratches, patina)
● wear to the strap, buckle, or other consumable parts
● damage caused by dropping or impact
● damage caused by contact with water or moisture
● damage caused by chemical substances
