Returns and Exchanges

Atelièr Pryimak

This document sets out the terms and conditions for returning and exchanging timepieces purchased through
the Atelièr Pryimak online shop.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable European Union legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a
distance purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller by e-mail
or written notice.

Returned timepieces must be:
● in their original condition
● showing no signs of use
● in their original packaging
● including all documents and accessories.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
The seller will refund all payments received within 14 days of the withdrawal,
but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch.

Exchange

If the timepiece matches the photographs and description on the product page, but the customer
decides it is not suitable for them, an exchange for a different timepiece may be requested.
This option applies only to timepieces marked as IN STOCK.

In the case of an exchange:

● the customer covers the cost of shipping
● the customer covers any applicable customs duties
● the timepiece selected for exchange must be of equal or greater value than the original.
Exclusions from returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not available for timepieces manufactured to order or modified in accordance with
the customer's individual requirements.

This applies in particular to:

● bespoke commissions
● custom-made timepieces
● personalised watches
● projects produced on the basis of a pre-order.

Particulars of vintage timepieces
Some timepieces may contain antique movements or historical components.
These timepieces may bear natural signs of age consistent with their period of origin. Such characteristics
are not a product defect but form part of their historical and collector's value.

With vintage movements, it is also common for:


● the movement's sound to be more audible
● accuracy to differ from that of modern quartz or modern mechanical
timepieces.

Atelièr Pryimak services, tests, and inspects every timepiece for correct function before dispatch.

Returns and exchange procedure

1. Contact customer support
Send an e-mail with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Return approval
After assessment, we will send you instructions for returning the timepiece.
3. Dispatch of the timepiece
The timepiece must be securely packaged in its original box.
4. Inspection of goods
Upon receipt of the parcel, we will carry out a condition inspection of the timepiece.
5. Refund or exchange

If all conditions are met, we will issue a refund or dispatch a replacement timepiece as agreed.
