Atelièr Pryimak

Atelièr Pryimak timepieces are not ordinary mass-produced products. They are created in a small watchmaking
atelier in Liberec, and every piece is the result of individual work by watchmakers and artisan
craftspeople.
Our timepieces frequently combine historical horology with contemporary hand craftsmanship. Many projects
incorporate antique mechanical movements that have been carefully restored, serviced, and returned to
working order.
The uniqueness of each piece

Every Atelièr Pryimak timepiece is a unique project. During production, techniques such as the following may be employed:

● hand engraving
● enamelling
● restoration work
● modification of antique movements
● manufacture of bespoke components.

As a result of hand craftsmanship, individual pieces may differ slightly in fine detail. These differences are not
a product defect but a natural consequence of artisan work and a confirmation of the originality of each
piece.

Historical components
Some timepieces may contain antique movements or historical components.
These components may bear natural signs of age consistent with their period of origin. Such
patina is not a defect but part of the historical character of the timepiece.
Accuracy of mechanical timepieces
Mechanical timepieces, particularly those incorporating antique movements, may exhibit a rate variation consistent with the nature of mechanical devices.
A small daily rate deviation is normal in mechanical timepieces and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Accuracy may be influenced, for example, by:

● how the watch is worn
● the position of the watch during the day and night
● ambient temperature
● the design and age of the movement.

Water resistance

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific model, the timepieces are not intended for contact with
water.
Vintage timepieces and those containing historical components are generally not water-resistant.
Contact with water or moisture may cause damage to the movement.
